Recent Email Problems

Due to some unseen complications with a recent server upgrade it's possible that some emails to Lara might not have been delivered.

If you have tried to contact Lara via her website Contact page or directly to laradysoncoaching@cydendress***.c*m (I haven't given the full email address in order to protect it from spam bots) during the last few days and have not had a reply, please try again.

Some emails have got through but it's possible some haven't. It was a bit of a weird and not particularly noticeable problem and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
